2006
Softway Medical is founded and launches Hospital Manager, the first web-based, multi-entity, multi-activity, multi-tenant healthcare ERP system (GP + EPR).
2009
Naxicap acquires a minority stake in the company.
2011
Softway Medical launches its hosting and SaaS model, achieving its first HDS certification.
2017
The company acquires the IT division of Fujifilm France and becomes the exclusive distributor of the Synapse HTML5 imaging solution, the world’s leading PACS system.
2020
Five Arrows joins as a majority shareholder.
2022
The Canadian subsidiary signs an agreement with three regions – Chaudière-Appalaches, Montérégie-Est, and Montérégie-Centre – to install a new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system.
2022
Softway Medical wins its first clients in Belgium with the Phare hospital network and the Polaris EPR project, installed in four hospital centres.
2023
Softway Medical tops the KLAS Research ranking for the largest market share gain in Europe over 2018-2022, with 253 new sites.
2024
Softway Medical’s Hospital Manager receives the Best in KLAS award as the best French EPR in the Acute Care category.
